We can see that in 2015 the global sales retail was 7.4% and in 2017 it has increased up-to 10.1%.in 2018 an expected sales will be 15.5% and in future it is even expecting more to increse. So it proves that Digital media consumption is increasing.
F. Qualification for Digital Marketing:
Everyone and anyone can learn digital marketing. There is no such qualification or syllabus required to pursue if someone is interested. It is all about marketing the product on different digital channels, just basic knowledge on how to use a desktop, browse internet and some communication skill is necessary.

Digital marketing is probably one of the top and highly paid job in India. The job market is booming and brands are putting more focus on digital marketing. The country has embraced digitally so rapidly that it has created a large job opportunity in present and in future of digital marketing

Nowadays the average expected salary various from places to places and companies to companies. In the given image we can see that the overall average salary is expected between 3lakhs -8lakhs P.A in Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata with an experience of 1-6years and 2.5lakhs – 7.5 lakhs in Mumbai, Kolkata of 0-3 years of experience. The future in digital marketing as a career salary is even expecting more to increase.

Nowadays there are many institutes, colleges who provide digital marketing courses online as well as offline like immc.co.in. Digital marketing training is mainly for 3 months, 6months or a year, which gives a diploma degree. Digital marketing is not taught by book or such it is based on practical & live projects.
